Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing, browsing or using this application (“App”). By accessing or using the App or by using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set forth below including any additional guidelines and future modifications. If at any time you do not agree to these terms and conditions or do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the App and immediately terminate your use of the services. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you being, an individual customer, user, or beneficiary of this service (“Registered User”/”You”) and CSC e-Governance Services Ltd. (“CSC”). Service can be used by you subject to your adherence with the terms and conditions set forth below including relevant policies. CSC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, add, or delete portions of these terms and conditions any time without further notice. You shall re-visit the “Terms & Conditions” link from time to time to stay abreast of any changes that the “App” may introduce. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your DigiPay account if we have reason to believe that your account is being used for any fraudulent/ misleading or for any other activity.

There are no registration charges for using this App. The Registered User/VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur ) agrees that he/she will not host, upload, display, transmit, comment or share information which the user does not have right to and shall not use words which are harmful, inappropriate, obscene, offensive which advocates to rights of privacy against any individual or group or organization. It is important for the consumers to know that CSC will not call its consumers to request their personal account information or any credit card, debit card or net banking details. Consumers should not respond to any such phone calls with requests for any such information. While delivering the services using the DigiPay application, the Registered User agrees that he/she will not try to manipulate the Aadhaar data of the customer or store or share any of the customer’s Aadhaar biometric information.

CSC does not store or ask for any personal data of the customer. If the VLE stores any customer data for DigiPay services, in such cases, the VLE would be solely liable for keeping such records and the safety of such information and in no case, CSC would be held liable for any information which may breach the data privacy policy.

I hereby state that I have no objection in authenticating myself with Aadhaar based authentication system and consent to provide my Aadhaar Number and Biometric for Aadhaar based know your customer.

Aadhaar Security Guidelines

Do’s:
· Do obtain consent of the Aadhaar number holders to use their Aadhaar details for the specified purposes.
· Do inform the Aadhaar number holder the following details:—
   o the purpose for which the information is collected;
  o whether submission of Aadhaar number or proof of Aadhaar for such purpose is mandatory or voluntary, and if mandatory, the legal provision mandating it;
· All the communication done with the customer should be in local language so that they understand the purpose of it. Also, the Aadhaar consent information must be relayed to the beneficiaries in local language.
· Bio Metric device should be enabled with RD compliance

Don'ts:
· Do not capture/store/use Aadhaar details of the customers.
· Do not store biometric information of Aadhaar holders collected for authentication.
· Do not disclose any Aadhaar related information of the customers to anyone.
· Do not share e-kyc information of the customers to anyone.
