For already raised concern, check the status of your ticket
To raise a ticket click on ‘Raise a Ticket’. Provide the information as directed. You can find solution for your concerned query in between the questionnaire displayed on the screen. In case your query has not been resolved you can raise a ticket for further assistance.
To check your transaction status, Click on “Raise a ticket” option. Provide the information as directed. Enter your RRN, UTR or device transaction number. You can find the RRN, UTR no. from the transaction receipts.
You can check the status of your ticket by simply providing the ticket ID in the check status option. You can find your Ticket ID in the acknowledgement email sent to your registered email address post raising a ticket.
